Schönweide Estate – a paradise for yourself & horses

We searched for a long time for the perfect place to keep horses. In 2016, we found the 280-hectare Schönweide estate, once a Danish property, located between Plön and Lütjenburg in beautiful Schleswig-Holstein.

Overgrown, neglected and forgotten, it lay dormant – but with incomparable charm and a dreamlike landscape. For the past 4 years, a wonderful stud farm has been built here with a lot of commitment, offering our broodmares, foals, training horses and stallions the best rearing, riding and keeping conditions. We are pleased to offer breeders a carefully selected collection of stallions at fair conditions and amateur and professional riders well-trained sport horses.
