The naturally endowed, exceptional basic gaits combined with a consistently elastic, swinging back are the hallmarks of Follow Him’s Schönweide. As a sire, he reliably passes on these qualities, along with excellent character and rideability, to a high degree. Many of his former foals are now attracting attention at competitions and championships. In 2025, three offspring from his first crop already competed at the Bundeschampionat in Warendorf in the class for six-year-old dressage horses. Several top riders have also secured young prospects by this exceptional stallion.

Follow Him boasts an outstandingly successful pedigree: his sire Follow Me OLD was Champion Stallion and Ib Main Premium winner and produced Finest Selection, the Bundeschampion of three-year-old stallions. His dam Bellissima PJF was awarded the Brilliant Ring title at the Oldenburg Elite Mare Show in Rastede. His damsire Sir Donnerhall I was second reserve champion at his licensing, winner of his performance test (HLP), Ia Main Premium stallion, Bundeschampion, and Vice World Champion of five-year-old dressage horses, and early on established himself as a true “stamping sire.” In the fourth generation stands the great De Niro, a Grand Prix winner, champion of the German Dressage Derby, Stallion of the Year in Hanover, and for many years leader of the WBFSH World Ranking for dressage sires.
